Bind is a debuffing skill available for Lance in Epic Battle Fantasy 3 and a special skill for Matt, Lance, and Anna in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5.
Description[]
When cast, Bind drops a heavy black net on the opposing side, reducing the Evade of all targets. It also has very high Accuracy.
Although it does not deal any damage by itself, Bind will make it easier for other skills to successfully hit their targets, which may prove useful when dealing with evasive foes. In EBF5, it proves very useful when trying to Capture foes, with the reworked buff/debuff mechanics allowing it to quickly cancel out enemy Evade buffs even at Level 1.

Bind became a Special Skill available to by Matt, Lance, and Anna, instead of being exclusive to Lance. The Ninja Skirt may randomly cast Bind between turns.
Bind is found in Ashwood Forest's Lava Cave, in the bottom-right chest guarded by a battle that appears as an Obsidian Idol. The quickest way to reach it is to approach from the eastern screen; alternatively, it can be reached from the same screen by walking on lava with the Thermal Boots, skipping the battle. However, the boots are obtained much later in the game, by which point the guarding foe is probably easily defeated anyway.

Obtained by completing Indy's quest in the Wild Tropics, on the same screen as the monolith. The Ranger Skirt, the Eagle Eye, the Riot Shield, the Alt Giant Slayer, and the Alt Explorer's Jacket can randomly cast Bind between turns.
