Blizzard is an Ice-elemental skill used by foes in Epic Battle Fantasy 2, 4 and 5, in EBF4 it was also a shared skill available for all characters. It is exclusive to the Steam release of the game and the Premium Pack
Description[]
When cast, Blizzard summons a storm of snowflakes that pepper the target. This deals heavy magical Ice-elemental damage with a high chance of Freezing the enemy and inflicting an Accuracy debuff. Blizzard also has above average Accuracy.
This skill is especially useful for Lance and Anna, who would otherwise lack a powerful Ice magical skill to defeat enemies.

Found in the Premium-exclusive Battle Mountain area, specifically on the screen where Diamond Golem is first fought (located one screen to the right from the ice block puzzle), in the chest in the center of the screen. A Battery is required to get this far, used to open a door a few screens before.
