Epic Battle Fantasy 5

Wispy Strike becomes Water Whirl at level 4.

	Bubbly Strike
	Advanced water attack: Hits a single target 3 times, moving onto a new foe if the target dies. Gets an extra hit for every foe killed. May give the targets Bad Luck.
