Death Spike is a Dark-elemental skill in Epic Battle Fantasy 3 and 4, used primarily by foes or through special effects of equipment.
Description[]
When cast, a large spike seemingly from some sort of pale fleshy thing bursts out of the ground from beneath the target. The spike is black and has several gray skulls impaled onto it. This deals Dark elemental damage with a sizable chance of Instant Death, though it also has lower accuracy.
The Death Spike also has triple the critical hit rate in EBF4, though this does not matter much.
