(Nope. Got rid of it all except for the blue steel tidbit. I get that my work is not perfect, but still. The weapon is quite interesting! Had a lot of fun with this, great Evade and Haste makes the HP loss not TOO bad, at least with the right equips.)

The Dragon's Feather is made of blue steel and shaped like a harpoon. It is a one-handed sword, as it can be deduced from the short grip and the lightened blade, to which the central part has been removed. The guard has been adorned with an oval emerald, which looks like a dragon's eye.

The Dragon's Feather has one of the most accurate flavor texts of all time. It is just what it says - a weapon that gives Matt immense swiftness and agility. Stat wise, the Dragon's Feather is most notable for its immense Accuracy and Evade stats, with the second highest for the former and the single highest for the latter. However, the rest of its stats are not nearly as strong; it has average offenses and suffers from a terrible 20% HP penalty. This combination makes it so that while the Dragon's Feather will rarely miss and has a good chance of dodging blows, it will not do a tremendous amount of damage nor will it be able to take too many blows that do hit before Matt falls, at least in comparison to other weapons.
The weapon grants average bonuses to Attack and Magic Attack, coupled with large bonuses to Accuracy and Evade, though the latter comes at the expense of an HP penalty. It grants 3 elemental resistances and has a decent change of giving Haste at higher levels, giving Matt extra turns (which can help compensate for its lower offensive stats).

In terms of special effects, the Dragon's Feather becomes far more palatable for virtually any Matt build. The primary reason for this is its ability to occasionally give Matt the coveted Haste status, letting him use two turns in a row. The versatility this gives the Dragon's Feather is amazing, and with the right equips can mitigate its main issues. Its other abilities are quite useful too; the Dragon's Feather can unleash a fairly strong Wind attack with weapon-elemental skills, and is also capable of countering with its Normal Attack which may in turn unleash its bonus skill.
The Dragon's Feather as damage booster of Wind skills is the physical counterpart of the Crimson Razorback, the latter focus on magical skills and boosting Magic Attack, while the former focus on physical skills and boosting Attack. Because Matt is the best physical fighter and the worst magical one, the Dragon's Feather is more appropriate than the Crimson Razorback. Anyway Matt has originally no Wind skills but he can learn the Gale/Tempest skills, which are physical, therefore very appropriate for him.

Dragon's Feather

The Dragon's Feather is a wind-elemental sword available to Matt in Epic Battle Fantasy 5. It is currently exclusive to the paid Steam release of the game and the outdated free Battle Demo.

Description

The Dragon's Feather appears to be made of blue steel or perhaps Mythril Shards, with white metal on the not shown side of the cross guard as well as on the hilt. The Dragon's Feather has a cyan colored gemstone embedded into its cross guard, which exudes a faint glow. The Dragon's Feather provides resistance to Wind, Ice and Bomb. None of these become immunities at level 5.
