Slow Down is a non-elemental debuffing skill in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5, used primarily by foes or through special effects of equipment.
Description[]
When used, a white analog clock appears on the target with its hands quickly moving counter-clockwise. The clock then flashes black for a moment before its hands stop and it disappears. Slow Down inflicts no damage but has a chance to Stun the target, and in EBF4 it can also debuff the target's evade.
