Flare is a special non-elemental skill in the Epic Battle Fantasy series. It creates a flash of light that blinds enemies, reducing their accuracy.
Stats
Epic Battle Fantasy 2
The skill is used by Natalie to reduce targets' accuracy at the cost of 50 MP.
Epic Battle Fantasy 3
Flare is obtained by completing a quest for Joseph (an NPC with a shovel in the cave of Rock Lake). It is a shared skill that can be learned by any of the players.

- Flare's animation and blinding effect may be a reference to the Solar Flare/Taiyoken technique from the Dragon Ball series. This may be why Flare was renamed Solar Flare in EBF4.
