To take down a Gray Pixel, the player should stick to hard-hitting multi-hit attacks. Fire and Water will deal more damage, of course, but attacks with lots of hits (such as [[Blade Blitz]] or [[Slicing Cyclone]]) can overcome the damage reduction to deal solid damage at low levels. [[Bullet Hell]] is particularly useful; it hits multiple times and exploits the Gray Pixel's severe Fire weakness.

Offensively, the Gray Pixel is able to hit players with single-target Thunder magic and a physical Bomb attack that hits random targets. Its strong offenses let these moves hit fairly hard, and they can also inflict Stagger, Confuse (harder difficulties only) or a Magic Defence debuff, though their chances are not alarmingly high.

The Gray Pixel is a foe and a summon in Epic Battle Fantasy 5. It is found in the No Man's Land glitch zone.

Appearance

Like the rest of the Pixels, this foe looks like a retro version of another foe in the game, in this case a Metal Idol, and it has very minimalistic animations reminiscent of early RPGs.

Overview

The Gray Pixel has what is easily the lowest base HP out of any foe in the game, but it balances it out with absurdly high Defence and Magic Defence. It is not unusual for attacks against it to deal single-digit damage when it is first encountered. It also has sizable offensive stats, making its attacks surprisingly strong if not dealt with appropriately.

To take down a Gray Pixel, the player should stick to hard-hitting multi-hit attacks. Fire and Water will deal more damage, of course, but attacks with lots of hits (such as Blade Blitz or Slicing Cyclone) can overcome the damage reduction to deal solid damage at low levels. Bullet Hell is particularly useful; it hits multiple times and exploits the Gray Pixel's severe Fire weakness.
