Ice element is one of the elements of the Epic battle fantasy saga. It is used by many enemies, such as [[Viking monolith]], [[Ice elemental]], [[Frozen eye]] and [[Glacier eater]]. There exists many ice spells that also has the ability to [[Freeze|freeze]] the enemy.

Ice element are one of the most common element in EBF series. All party member except Lance can learn ice spells unless if learn in the special catagory. Ice elements are effective against rocky and desert like foes. Ice also quite effective against some aquatic, nature and  lava foe. Ice element have a devastating status effect called freeze which immobalize target and target may receive double damage if hit under this condition. In EBF4, ice can work together with water element which deal more damage if target is wet.

Ice is one of the most common elements in the Epic Battle Fantasy series. It represents the power of extreme cold, and is associated with the Freeze and Chill status effects.

Characteristics

All party members except Lance can learn Ice skills naturally, with Natalie and Matt learning the most powerful ones. Ice is usually effective against rock-based foes, aquatic enemies, and some nature and fire-based creatures. On the other hand, mechanical and ice-based enemies are usually resistant (or at least indifferent) to Ice.

In Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5, Ice attacks do extra damage on targets that have been hit by Wet and Chill. Some skills also gain an increased chance to freeze.
