Ice Needles is a Ice-elemental skill in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5. It is used primarily by foes, or through special effects of equipment.
Description[]
When cast, a ring of sharp ice shards forms around the target, sequentially piercing them from all directions. This deals physical Ice-elemental damage to the target, and also can inflict Instant Death.
