Meow Meow is an skill in EBF series and It was first introduced as one of Natalie's summons in EBF2. It reappears in EBF3, again as a summon that can be unlocked through Meow Meow's quest. He is the only cat in the game who has legs.
As a Skill
Meow Meow appears to be a yellow cat, with a red scarf holding a huge blade. When summoned, Meow Meow jumps into the battle scene and points his blade at the enemy. He then proceeds to jump and swings the blade down, dealing damage to all enemy. Occasionally, the blade may break, dealing damage to the players as well. As a skill, Meow Meow is unique because its power depends on the users level instead of the users stats.
As an NPC
In EBF3, Meow Meow can be seen as an NPC, standing next to the Bar. He gives you a quest that required you to give him catfood, which can be found in the old house near the Graveyard. The reward for completing the quest is the skill, Meow Meow.
