- "A rare and colorful stone."
- ―In-game description, Epic Battle Fantasy 4&5
Opal is a crafting item in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5. It is a oval-shaped black rock with dozens of colorful flecks on its surface, used for forging mostly nature-themed equipment.
Opal can be bought in Goldenbrick Resort in EBF4, and in The Great Sea and Redpine Town in EBF5. In both games, it costs 30,000 gold. To complete the relevant upgrades, 16 will be needed in EBF4 and 43 will be needed in EBF5.
Drop Rate[]
Opals drop primarily from rocky foes. Interestingly, they're also guaranteed to drop from the powered-up optional counterpart of the fourth main boss in their respective games.
