The RAM Chip is a crafting item in Epic Battle Fantasy 3 and 4. It is a piece of computer electronics used for forging mostly modern and high-tech equipment to their final levels.
In EBF3, RAM Chips can be bought in The Town for 22,000 gold, but only after they've been obtained elsewhere in the world (e.g. from chests or foes). To upgrade all of the relevant equipment, 19 are required.
In EBF4, RAM Chips are available for purchase in Goldenbrick Resort's Misc Shop. Each one costs 25,000 gold, and 20 are needed to upgrade everything.
