Recycle is a spell available only for foes in Epic Battle Fantasy 5.
Description[]
When cast, two circles (a smaller inner circle and a bigger outer circle) composed of 4 curved arrows appear on the target and promptly spin in opposing directions; for the normal version the inner circle is tan while the outer circle is light blue, but for the Evil Eye's version both circles are yellow. This inverts the target's buffs and debuffs.
Recycle has its own targeting AI, which makes foes only able to use Recycle if they detect either a player whose [sum of buffs - sum of debuffs] > 100%, or a foe whose [sum of debuffs - sum of buffs] > 100%. It also makes them always target the player/foe where Recycle will end up being the most effective based on how de/buffed they are.
While players cannot directly use Recycle, they can replicate its effects with the various Flybot summons (see the Red Flybot, Blue Flybot and Yellow Flybot for more indepth detail).
Recycle's effect on players changes on a 1P custom game, where it instead just has a high chance of inflicting Dispel.
