Recycle is a spell available only for foes in Epic Battle Fantasy 5.
Description
When cast, two circles (a smaller inner circle and a bigger outer circle) composed of 4 curved arrows appear on the target and promptly spin in opposing directions; for the normal version the inner circle is tan while the outer circle is light blue, but for the Eyeball's version both circles are yellow. This inverts the target's buffs and debuffs.
Recycle has its own targeting AI, which makes foes only able to use Recycle if they detect either a player whose buffs add up to 100% or more, or a foe whose debuffs add up to -100% or more. It also makes them always target the player/foe with the highest cumulative buffs/debuffs.
