Runes are a group of five enemies which consists of the Rock Rune, Fire Rune, Bolt Rune, Holy Rune and Rune Claw. These enemies can only be faced by battling either the boss Protector or Akron. The protector shoots out Runes, and Akron summons Rune claws. Something unique for both the Rock, Fire, Bolt and Holy rune is that they suicide attack when they are at low HP, dealing huge damage to all players.
The runes have specials of their own, which follows:
-Rock Rune: Casts earth spells.
-Fire Rune: Casts fire spells.
-Bolt Rune: Casts thunder spells.
-Holy Rune: Casts holy spells.
-Rune Claw: Casts several elemental spells based on Akrons temporary element. Can heal and buff. Boosts own evade when summoned.
