Trivia

  • A "screamer" or "jump scare" is a term for a bizarre or frightening image that appears without warning in a movie or game. It is usually accompanied by a loud noise, and frequently occurs during a quiet or innocuous moment (usually to trick people into leaning close to the screen and/or turning up the volume).
  • The image used for Screamer is a picture of Matt's dog (now deceased) with the colors inverted and an added light effect on the eye.
  • The alternate Screamer image from EBF1 is actually a distorted screen cap from a Sakura-Con 2009 commercial.
