Slow Down is a non-elemental debuffing skill in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5, used primarily by foes or through special effects of equipment.
Description
When used, a white analog clock appears on the target with its hands moving quickly backwards, the clock then flashes black for a moment before its hands stop and it disappears. Slow Down inflicts no damage but has a chance to Stun the target and in EBF4 can also debuff the target's evade.

It is accessible to players only as a bonus spell from Epoch (staff) and as a random summon from Pocket Watch (flair). Mage Bird can also cast Slow Down.
