The Swift Brand is a Wind-elemental sword available for Matt in Epic Battle Fantasy 2 and 3.

The Swift Brand has amazing Accuracy and Evade boosts, though it has poor offenses. The Swift Brand boosts the power of Wind Slash and also Quick Slash in EBF3 (despite this not being mentioned in the description), though it does not boost Wind skills. While Swift Brand's Legend is Matt's most powerful Wind attack in EBF3, the Swift Brand lacks the offenses to be a useful sword in virtually every scenario, and so should generally be disregarded in favor of more powerful weapons.

The Swift Brand resists Wind and Doom, as well as Earth somewhat. Only the Doom resistance becomes an immunity at level 5.

Epic Battle Fantasy 3

Found in the restricted 10 Medals Area, which becomes accessible after getting 10 Medals. Despite the description only mentioning Wind Slash, Quick Slash also gets the boost when using the sword.
