Tornado Tantrum is an expert Wind-elemental skill available for NoLegs in Epic Battle Fantasy 5.
Description[]
When used, NoLegs leaps at the foe and performs a series of jump attacks, releasing a large gust of wind with each strike. This deals heavy Wind damage and can inflict Weaken on the target. If NoLegs defeats a foe with this attack, NoLegs will target a different foe for the rest of the attack as well as add an additional strike that deals 1/3 of the total skill damage. This does not occur if the foe defeated was the last one in the wave.

Tornado Tantrum is the upgraded version of Wispy Strike. Wispy Strike becomes Tornado Tantrum at Level 4.
