The Tribolt is a steel rod, with a ring-like head and two small spikes. There are a set of three yellow crystals in the ring, each of which is pointing towards the center.
The Tribolt has solid Magic Attack, as well as modest boosts to HP, Defence, and Magic Defence. However, this comes at the cost of significant Evade penalties. In itself the Tribolt is not particularly interesting; while it does have the ability to Stun targets, Natalie lacks any multi-hit weapon-elemental attacks, making it so that she would have to resort to Normal Attack or Spectrum to inflict Stun (the Battle Mountain skill Plasma Cage is also more effective at stunning). It also can cast Thunderbolt as a bonus skill, though this is a relatively minor boon. Furthermore, the Tribolt is outclassed by the Flower Pot in terms of defenses as the Flower Pot has superior defenses, has no Evade penalty or elemental weakness. Overall, while the Tribolt does allow for stronger Thunder attacks, it has few traits that make it worth using over other staves.
Found in Waste Disposal Plant, in the bottom-right corner of the map, in a chest surrounded by spikes. To disable the spikes, take the Battery on the right side of the screen, reachable from a few screens above.
