While not mentioned in its description, Eruption also gets a small boost from the Stone Edge.

Epic Battle Fantasy 2[]
Eruption's MP cost was lowered slightly. Before the EBF Collection update, it used Natalie's Accuracy (including Blind) instead of Matt's; the in-game description also incorrectly stated the skill had 6000 power instead of 6400.

Epic Battle Fantasy 3[]
Epic Battle Fantasy 4[]
Eruption now has the ability to Burn a target, dealing minor damage over time on top of its pre-existing heavy damage.
Epic Battle Fantasy 5[]
In EBF5, Matt now learns a different skill with the same name, and the original version of Eruption got renamed to Volcano instead. It can be accessed by players as a bonus spell from Alt Inferno (sword). Due to an oversight that makes each hit deal 60% of the total damage instead of 33%, all instances of Eruption deal about 80% more damage than originally intended (e.g. 150/3 as a bonus spell became 270/3 and so on).
